Refund Policy
How refunds work for course purchases made through StudyCube, and how to request one.
Last updated · July 10, 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers course purchases paid through StudyCube’s Stripe checkout. Bookings, subscriptions, or services billed outside the platform are governed by the terms you agreed with the academy or trainer directly.
2. Requesting a refund
Open a support ticket from your dashboard or contact us through the contact page, quoting the course name and the payment reference from your payment history. Refund requests are reviewed by the academy administrators who operate your StudyCube instance.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are generally granted when a course is cancelled by the academy, when a live cohort you paid for did not run, or when a duplicate payment was charged. Requests for courses you have substantially completed, or where certificates have already been issued, may be declined at the academy’s discretion.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method. Stripe typically settles refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. StudyCube never collects your card details, so refunds cannot be paid to a different card or account.
5. What happens to your enrollment
When a refund is approved, your enrollment in the refunded course is closed and access to its lessons, assignments, and certificates for that purchase ends. Progress records may be retained for accounting and audit purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
